Role Overview
Eurest are seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering and Cleaning Manager to oversee the daily operations at Exxon Chemicals in Cowdenbeath. This pivotal role forms part of a national contract and is responsible for delivering high-quality catering and cleaning services while maintaining excellent client relationships.
The successful candidate will ensure that all services are delivered to the highest standards, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day catering and cleaning operations
* Maintain high standards of food service, hygiene, and cleaning
* Build strong client relationships and handle communication
* Control budgets, stock, ordering, and costs
* Lead, train, and support team members
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in catering, facilities, or cleaning management
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
* Financial awareness and experience managing budgets
* Knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and hygiene regulations
* Ability to work independently and as part of a xxuwjjq wider national contract
