Sales Manager – Freight Salary £65,000 - £80,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Commission (Up-to 25%)
We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Sales Manager to join a growing team within a well-established logistics business. Commission: Up-to 25% of profit for life of the account

Overseeing/Building a team of BDMs
Hiring and Firing & Full P&L Responsibility
Experience selling Road, Air or Sea Freight
Have a minimum of 3 year Senior Sales experience (Bonus if you have Managerial experience)
Thorough in-depth knowledge of the Freight industry
