What Youll Do
In thisrewarding and varied role, youll:
1. Support and supervisefamily time between children and their birth families, both in our centres and out in the community.
2. Observe and recordsessions in a sensitive and factual way, ensuring that every childs experience is positive and safe.
3. Liaise with social workersand professionals, sharing observations and raising any concerns when needed.
4. Transport and accompanychildren and young people safely to and from contact sessions.
5. Promote safeguardingat all times, following Swan Familys policies and procedures.
