About Us:

As we continue to take on bigger and more exciting builds, we're looking for a Brickwork Site Manager who's ready to take ownership, lead high-performing teams, and help us build the future—brick by brick.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading on-site brickwork operations across a range of exciting projects
* Managing teams of bricklayers, labourers, and subcontractors with precision and purpose
* Coordinating material deliveries, site logistics, and daily operations to meet project timelines
* Ensuring top-quality workmanship, safety, and compliance at every stage
* Reporting progress, resolving site issues, and working closely with senior management
* Contributing to a positive, professional site culture that motivates and inspires
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman in brickwork or general construction
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive productivity
* Solid understanding of H&S regulations and construction best practices
* CSCS card essential | SMSTS or SSSTS desirable
* Ambition, reliability, and a genuine passion for what you do
