A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its dynamic Employment Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied caseload, including contentious, transactional, and advisory matters, within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities will include advising clients on a range of employment issues, including contracts, policies, grievances, disciplinary processes, redundancies, family leave, and GDPR. It will involve full conduct of litigation, employment law support on corporate transactions, including due diligence, TUPE, and drafting employment-related warranties and indemnities. Exposure to both Tribunal and High Court litigation is desirable.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Employment lawyer with a minimum of 5+ years’ PQE in employment law and extensive experience with the matters listed above. A strong, personable communication style and confidence to provide practical, commercial advice to clients, as well as experience in presenting legal training, are important.
