Time in office negotiable We are offering an 8 week secondment to an employee of a local Citizens Advice office or local leader to support the development of the organisational effectiveness standards. You'll need working knowledge of standards and compliance - including strong understanding and application of the Leadership Self Assessment (LSA). You'll join the Local Support Offer workstream 3 days a week for 8 weeks to ensure the maintenance of high quality service provision and ensure safeguarding of the Citizens Advice brand. Ideally, the successful candidate will start no later than 1st October 2025. What s involved? You ll work with a Performance Manager and their team to collaborate with peers across the service through co-design, consultation, and continuous improvement activities Help rewrite the Member Standards, turning insight into clear, practical formats, guidance, pilots, and communications Create and test an induction module to support the rollout of updated Member Standards. To apply Please provide an anonymous CV and cover letter that explains how you meet the following requirements for the role: Proven familiarity with the Leadership Self Assessment in a local office setting including contributing to evidence gathering and compliance monitoring in an objective and evidence based way, prioritising organisational key risks across a range of subject areas. Proven ability to analyse and understand the policies, structures, and practices of an organisation, and prioritise how these influence their performance, quality and standards of service provision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to convey complex information clearly and accessibly. Proven ability to use Google IT packages, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation packages, email, maintain an electronic diary and the ability to use or learn to use other packages as necessary in line with data protection principles. Please note: due to hiring team availability, we are expecting that interviews will be held week commencing 8th September 2025 so there will be a bit of a gap between assessing applications and the interviews themselves.
