Anderson Knight is recruiting on behalf of our Glasgow-based client for an experienced HR and L&D Administrator to support their growing team. This role is a 12 month FTC with the opportunity to be made permanent due to growth. The Role This is a dual-function role supporting both Human Resources and Learning & Development activities. You will provide high-quality administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, as well as coordinate and track training and development initiatives across the business. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR administration including onboarding, contract preparation, employee changes and leavers. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in line with GDPR requirements. Coordinate internal and external training activities, including booking courses, managing attendance, and supporting evaluation processes. Assist with the roll-out and tracking of e-learning modules and training compliance. Provide administrative support for HR and L&D projects and initiatives. Help maintain HR documentation, processes and templates to ensure consistency and compliance. About You Previous experience in an HR or administration role, ideally with exposure to L&D. Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude. Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with HR systems is an advantage. A keen interest in HR and employee development.
