JOB TITLE - Learning Mentor \n\nABOUT THE SCHOOL \n\nProspero Teaching is seeking a Learning Mentor for a Secondary school based in Swindon.\n\nThe school is a large mainstream Secondary School with supportive teaching staff. The school is going from strength to strength and providing CPD throughout the year. The timetables for this role will be key stage 3 and key stage 4.\n\nDepending on performance, the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.\n\nCONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS \n\nLocation - Swindon\nPosition - Learning Mentor \nStart date - September 2025\nFull time/part time - Full-Time\nMinimum rate of pay - £90 - £110 per day\nHours - 8:20 am - 4:00 pm \n\nEXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS\n\nRecent Graduate, with a 2:1 or higher\nPrevious experience working in a UK school\nUp to Up-to-date safeguarding training issued in the last year\nQualified Teaching Status \n\nTO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:\n\nHold Right to Work in the UK\nHold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application\nProvide two professional child related references covering the last 2 years \n\nIf you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up-to-date CV.
