Experience of cooking for older people in residential settings * Not less than 6 months experience in residential settings * Ability to cook various meals, taking into consideration residents’ dietary, ethics and religious needs * To be able to bake cakes and make pastry * Ability to order food * Ability to rotate food in the store * Ability to record food/fridge/freezers temperatures * Supervise Kitchen assistants * Ability to make menus, make changes and consult with residents and staff * Understanding of food allergies * Good communication skills * Minimum of Food Hygiene cert Level 2 that is current * To keep the kitchen tidy and have rota for deep clean Cook Cook Cook Cook Cook Cook Cook
