Salary: £27,000 - £55,000 yearly (Base £27,000–30,000, OTE £55,000)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships and guide prospects through the full sales process from first conversation to close.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, market movements, and competitor activity, using insight to sharpen your approach.
* Collaborate with marketing, account management, and internal teams to shape winning sales strategies.
* Track and record all activity accurately to maintain high levels of organisation and performance.
About You
* Strong communication skills – easily builds relationships internally and with customers, pleasant, and demonstrates humility.
* Strong interest in automotive and agility to learn about new products.
* Results‑focused.
* Strong people skills – approachable, a good listener and empathetic to customer needs.
* Extremely organised with great attention to detail.
* Customer and service‑oriented, thriving in a busy high‑pressure environment.
* Analytical and quick‑thinking.

Essential Requirements
* A full UK driving licence.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Flexible to work the hours required and travel to training sessions.
* Professional appearance with high standards of verbal and written communication.
* Good general education – at least GCSE English and Maths and ideally A Levels or equivalent.
* Good IT skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and social media skills.
* Previous work experience within an automotive sales environment.
