We are currently seeking a new HR Administrator to join our growing team in Accrington.
We have expanded our people function and identified the need for an HR Admin with experience in reporting, Business Intelligence, and Management Information.
Your responsibilities will include creating and managing HR reports, responding to queries from colleagues and line managers, and supporting various HR functions such as payroll, L&D administration, statutory checks, and benefits administration. You will also produce standard letters, support management information provision, and maintain HR confidentiality at all times.
Who are we looking for?
We value a love for working with people, combined with excellent data analysis, reporting, and Excel skills. Previous experience in HR, Payroll, or L&D is preferred, but transferable skills will be considered. You must be capable of reporting and presenting data in an engaging way and be a clear communicator.
