How will you have impact?
* Stabilise and accelerate a live transformation programme, aligning people plans to delivery milestones and commercial outcomes
* Diagnose and simplify core HR processes (ER, talent, OD, engagement) to remove friction and speed up decision-making
* Coach and challenge leaders to adopt pragmatic, pacey people practices that stick in the operation
* Own the data and narrative use people metrics to focus effort, unblock issues, and communicate progress plainly
* Deliver quick wins while laying foundations for sustainable change (policies, comms, governance)
