The Quality Manager role
This is a QMS‑focused Quality Manager position where you will take ownership of the company’s quality systems, standards and continuous improvement activities.
You will play a key role in driving quality performance across the organisation, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements while supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans.
The role would suit a hands‑on Quality Manager with strong experience in manufacturing or engineering environments who enjoys improving systems, developing processes and influencing operational excellence.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS)
* Maintain and improve ISO standards and accreditations
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
* Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities
* Manage internal and external audits
* Work closely with customers and suppliers on quality matters
* Monitor KPIs and quality performance metrics
* Support operational teams to improve quality standards and efficiencies
Requirements
To be successful in this Quality Manager job, you will ideally have:
* Experience as a Quality Manager, Senior Quality Engineer or Lead Quality Engineer within manufacturing or engineering
* Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
* Experience within ISO‑accredited manufacturing environments
* Excellent problem‑solving and continuous improvement experience
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* The ability to influence quality culture across the business
