We are looking for a HR Manager to join our client based in Huddersfield. This is a newly created role as the HR function was previously managed through a centralised team. In order to better support their employees, the company is looking for a HR professional in Huddersfield. This role forms part of the senior leadership team and will be an integral part of the business growth.
Main duties:
Supporting with performance reviews
Managing disciplinary and grievance procedures
Holiday and absence management
Processing new starter and leaver documentation
Implement company standards and best practice
Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business
Support with payroll and manage any payroll queries
Adhoc generalist HR duties We are looking for:
Sound knowledge of HR policies, practices and employment law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
CIPD level 5 would be an advantage, however we will consider applications from those who are qualified by experience
Someone who can handle sensitive information and reduce risk for the business
The ability to deliver feedback in a clear and constructive way In return you can expect:
Salary Up to £50K
Hours: 8-4:30
