Robert Half is exclusively partnering with a leading global trade organisation to recruit a Part-Time HR Manager (3 days per week), based in their central London office.

Human Resources Manager (3 DAY Part-Time Position)

Location: London | On-site: 3 DAYS in office - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Salary: £53 000 FTE (will be Pro rata'd over 3 days)

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function in the London office. Reporting into the Head of Human Resources based in the US, and working closely with the Head of Europe and senior UK leadership, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape and strengthen a collaborative, high-performing workplace culture.

This is a strategic and hands-on role for an HR leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about fostering employee engagement, driving performance, and ensuring compliance with UK employment law.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as a trusted HR advisor, providing strategic coaching and guidance to leaders across the business
* Champion and lead initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and engaged office culture
* Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and grievance procedures
* Provide expert advice on HR policies, benefits, insurance, and UK employment legislation
* Maintain and update HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and the employee handbook
* Partner with the global HR team to support training and development initiatives across the organisation
* Provide occasional HR support to other European offices as required

What we're looking for:

* Proven experience in an HR Manager or senior HR role, ideally within an international or matrixed organisation
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices, US knowledge is desirable
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Experience in managing complex employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)
* Tech-savvy, with proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Working Pattern:

This is a part-time, office-based role, with in-person attendance required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
