Project Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards of workmanship and ensure project details align with client expectations.
Health & Safety: Enforce GRAHAM Group’s health and safety policies on all sites.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise effectively with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve on-site issues to keep projects on track.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Demonstrable experience in site management within the construction industry, focusing on retail fit-outs or refurbishments.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate on-site teams, driving high performance and cohesion.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough approach to ensure every aspect meets high standards.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications: Relevant construction management qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
