Offer description

Thepany:Our client a multi-national manufacturingpany based in Lurgan is recruiting for a HR Administrator. This job is a 12 month contract to cover maternity.
Hours of work are Monday – Thursday 9-5 and Friday Salary is £26,500 plus 33 days holidays, hybrid working after training plus many more additional perks.

The role:As HR Administrator duties include:
1. Accurately maintain the HR systems ensuring fullypliant with all relevant legislation
2. Assist the HR Team with the recruitment & selection process including:
3. Placing advertisements
4. Acting as point of contact for any candidate queries during the recruitment process
5. Managing candidate correspondence including: arranging interviews, scheduling pre-employment medicals, inductions etc
6. Ensure all “new employee” documentation is collated and included in induction pack
7. Ensure that recruitment files and monitoring records are accurate and updated on the HR system to enable thepany to meet monitoring regulations
8. Assist in the preparation of the Annual Monitoring return
9. Organise occupational health reviews, physio appointments and counselling support as and when required
10. Support onboarding and induction processes ensuring a strong new employee experience
11. Provide efficient day-to-day administration support to the HR Team
12. Conduct entry & exit interviews and follow up on feedback as required
13. Provide cover for the HR Officer during holidays and absences by processing the payroll as and when required
14. Liaise with recruitment agencies regarding temporary employees including; Arranging interviews, monitoring employees working hours, submitting employees working hours on a weekly basis and answering any queries around pay, absence, holidays etc
15. Undertake administration tasks in relation to training & development including: Sourcing relevant training courses, booking courses & venues and maintaining training records
16. Support audits, reporting and HR documentation
17. Supporting engagement initiatives
18. Update HR KPI’s on a monthly basis
