Are you a Quality Manager or similar from a manufacturing background looking to become an instrumental part of a globally recognised family‑run business, within a highly rewarding role, offering a wide range of autonomy to make your mark within the business?
In this crucial role, you will be seen as the go‑to expert for all things Quality within the business, managing a small team of engineers. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will conduct audits and root cause analysis as well as develop and maintain quality management systems.
Founded over 100 years ago, this family run business designs and manufactures a range of industrial products. Spreading across over 80 countries, they pride themselves on their exceptional client retention, with clear goals to expand further and continue leading the market.
This role would suit a Quality Manager from a manufacturing background looking to play a lead part in a globally recognised family‑run business.
The Role:
* Managing a small team of engineers
* Dealing with supplier quality issues
* Conducting internal audits and root cause analysis to ISO9001 standards
* Monday to Friday 9:30am - 4:30pm, 12:30 finish on Friday
