The Role:
As HR Manager, you will lead and develop a skilled HR team, supporting the full employee lifecycle while ensuring alignment between people strategy and business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading on talent management, succession planning, and workforce development
* Making informed, evidence-based decisions that drive business outcomes
* Building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Reviewing and enhancing HR policies and procedures to support performance and engagement
* Managing complex employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and redundancies
* Championing a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective engagement strategies
* Driving the company’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) agenda
The Candidate:
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on HR professional with proven experience in a senior HR role. You will ideally bring:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager
* CIPD qualification
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
* Change management expertise
* Experience within a manufacturing environment (preferred)
* Confident HR systems knowledge
* Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
* Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills
