Our software supports the staff and management of over 600 care homes across the U.K. And because our software is the best, demand for it is growing. Quickly.


We need outstanding sales talent to respond to the needs of our rapidly expanding pipeline and to welcome these customers into the Client Bridge family.

What you’ll be doing:

• Engage with our pipeline and close the deals.

• Proactively identifying and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market intelligence

• Build and manage a new and healthy pipeline of qualified leads and prospects

• Develop strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and existing clients

• Present and promote our software using clear, compelling insights

• Deliver engaging demos and pitches that speak to customer pain points

• Negotiate and close deals with confidence and clarity

• Set up smart, scalable sales systems and reporting

• Represent us at industry events, spreading our mission and generating leads


What we are looking for:

* B2B software sales experience with a record of smashing targets
* Familiar with sales methodologies like S.P.I.N., Challenger, or N.E.A.T.
* A confident communicator and relationship builder

• Experience in setting up structured sales processes, KPIs and performance dashboards.
