A Monday – Friday Group Catering Manager is required for a specialised healthcare company. This role involves overseeing the catering operation for 2 properties in Birmingham (Erdington & Edgbaston) paying upto £40,000. You’ll ensure high-quality, nutritious meals are delivered daily while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and regulatory compliance.
This role will be predominantly Monday – Friday however flexibility is required.

Usual start time 7am
Both sites are fully staffed in the kitchen (Edgbaston & Erdington)
Must be IT literate
Must be comfortable talking to patients, friends and family
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily catering operations and menu planning
Lead, train, and motivate the catering team
Ensure all meals meet dietary and healthcare requirements
Manage budgets, stock, and supplier relationships
Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
