Job Description
3. Oversee daily operations of the customer service team.
4. Implement effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
5. Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a consistent basis.
6. Interact with customers regularly to gain feedback on service and understand their needs and expectations.
7. Lead and motivate the team to improve customer service and create a customer-focused environment.
8. Handle complex and escalated customer service issues.
9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency and cooperation.
10. Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability.
The Successful Applicant
A successful P&C Customer Service Manager (Designate) should have:
