Your Role as a Senior Event Sales Executive
* Lead and manage the event sales team, ensuring top-tier service delivery
* Proactively sell and manage high-profile events from enquiry to execution
* Handle client negotiations, budgeting, and proposal writing
* Maintain relationships with venues and suppliers
* Oversee pre-event planning, including menu tastings and client handovers
* Track revenue, conversions, and upselling targets to drive business growth
