We are looking to expand our dynamic sales team by hiring a driven and results-oriented Business Developer. In this role, you will play a key part in growing our client base by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for outbound sales efforts, developing leads, and building long-term client relationships.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Proven experience in new business development or sales
Experience in property or maintenance sectors? Even better!
Confident and professional in face-to-face client meetings
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Target-driven and results-focused
Skilled in consultative sales approaches
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Making cold calls to prospective business clients
Developing new business relationships
Growing the customer base through effective sales strategies
Arranging and attending face-to-face meetings
Conducting sales calls over the phone
Identifying and developing new sales leads
Negotiating prices and supporting tender submissions
