Whether you're an established Manager or a high-performing Assistant ready to step up and run your own site, this is the place to do it.
The Mission
* Take the Lead: Direct subcontractors and site teams on landmark schemes.
* Quality & Safety: Maintain the gold standard for site safety and "right first time" delivery.
* Drive Progress: Own the program, hit your milestones, and keep stakeholders in the loop.
* Problem Solve: Tackle on-site challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
The Requirements
* Background: Experience with a Main Contractor on projects £5m+.
* The "Step-Up": If you're an ASM, you'll need a proven track record of managing specific packages and a hunger for more responsibility.
* The Essentials: SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid.
* Vibe: Professional, organized, and a strong communicator who can lead a diverse site.
