Interim HR ManagerManufacturingSheffield (Onsite fulltime)£50-55k FTE4 Month Fixed Term Contract
Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting an experienced InterimHR Manager / Senior HR Advisor to support a key restructure project within a unionised manufacturing environment in Sheffield for a 4 monthFixed Term Contract. This is a hands-on role for a confident HR professional who thrives in fast-paced operational settings and can partner effectively with line managers during periods of change.
You’ll play a pivotal role in guiding managers through consultation processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and clear communication across the project.
Key responsibilities:
* Supporting restructure consultations across the manufacturing operation
* Partnering with and coaching hiring managers to deliver meetings effectively and confidently
* Working closely with Union reps to manage queries
* Attending consultation meetings and producing clear, accurate documentation and notes
* Highlighting key queries, risks, and employee concerns to the wider HR team
* Ensuring consistency and best practice across the restructure process
* Working closely with the wider HR team to maintain alignment throughout the project
* Providing ad hoc HR support as required during the transition period
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has strong HR generalist/HRM experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments
* Unionised sector experience
* Is comfortable managing consultation and restructuring processes
* Can confidently coach and influence operational managers
* Is highly organised with excellent documentation and communication skills
* Is available to work onsite in Sheffield for the duration of the contract
