Job Description:
The impact you have in this role
As a Sales Executive for our Commercial Branding & Transportation Division within the Graphic Market business you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
1. Sales generation and penetration of specific 3M products, including printable films, coloured films, over-laminates, surface finishes and glass finishes
2. Delivery/ ownership of a defined sales quota
3. Performance against defined Key Performance Indicators
4. Regular engagement with key divisional functions, including sales management, marketing and technical support.
5. Management of a defined geographic territory of customers/accounts
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:
6. Strong sales experience preferably selling B2B via Distribution/Channel partners
7. Strong collaboration skills
8. Team player with lots of energy
9. Performance-oriented with a strong drive for success
10. Self-motivated and driven to achieve exceptional results
11. Proven record of success
12. Bachelor’s degree - preferred but not essential
Additional experience/qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
13. Graphic Market Industry experience
14. Graphic Product knowledge and/or sales experience
15. Experience of working in a corporate matrix environment
Job specifics:
16. Sales Territory - Field based position covering Midlands & South West UK
17. Ideal candidate location - Birmingham or Bristol - but will consider other locations
