Synergy Personnel LTD are currently recruiting for a Freelance Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment project in Ascot, Berkshire. Our client is looking for a strong, hands-on Site Manager who can take the project through to completion and handover. This is a client-facing role, so confidence and professionalism are essential. Role & Responsibilities: * Managing the refurbishment project from start to finish * Leading from the front on site * Coordinating and managing subcontractors * Organising daily schedules and site activities * Acting as the main point of contact for the client on site * Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times Requirements: * SMSTS * First Aid * CSCS * Proven experience managing refurbishment projects * Strong leadership and communication skills * Client-facing experience
