Opportunity
As a Sales Executive at Right Legal Group, you'll be the first point of contact for clients looking to protect their legacy through tailored Wills and Estate Planning services. This isn’t your typical sales role; it's about building trust, understanding people’s needs during sensitive moments, and guiding them towards the right legal support.
You’ll be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound enquiries, booking consultations for our Legal Advisors, and developing a deep understanding of our services. You’ll support clients through their journey with empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to understand client needs and schedule appointments for our Legal Advisors.
* Handle incoming client enquiries and identify the appropriate services required.
* Assess client requirements and recommend suitable products and services aligned with their unique circumstances.
* Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
* Update and manage the sales database to ensure consistent client communication and engagement throughout their journey.
* Achieve individual targets and KPIs while adhering to business processes and regulatory requirements.
* Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to support your growth and the company’s success.
* Work closely with Legal Advisors, Client Services colleagues, and other departments to ensure smooth client handovers.
* Share insights and feedback with the Client Experience Manager to improve processes and client engagement strategies.
* Support and encourage a positive, collaborative team culture.
* Ensure all client interactions, recommendations, and data handling are compliant with SRA regulations, GDPR, and internal policies.
* Maintain accurate client records, ensuring all documentation is stored securely.
* Follow all relevant scripts and processes to ensure transparency and accuracy in client communication.
* Deliver a professional, empathetic, and personalized service at every stage of the client journey.
* Proactively manage follow‑ups to keep clients informed and engaged.Respond to client concerns or queries promptly, resolving issues to a high standard.
* Act as an ambassador for Right Legal Group’s values and brand.
