Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Site Manager role based in Liverpool. The Site Manager will oversee daily operations on construction sites, coordinate project activities, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Key responsibilities include supervising construction teams, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with clients, architects, and other stakeholders for successful project delivery.
Qualifications
* Project coordination and management experience, with knowledge of budget management and scheduling tools.
* Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate on‑site teams effectively.
* Familiarity with construction safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance processes.
* Experience in commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
* Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in construction management software and basic office applications.
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
* Certification in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, SMSTS) is an advantage.
