This role offers: A 40‑hour working week (five 8‑hour shifts) Most Saturdays included (our busiest sales day) with a guaranteed day off during the week No Sunday working – every week, without exception Outstanding earning potential, with commission opportunities well above the on‑target figure Your role As a Sales Executive, you’ll represent an automotive brand known for quality and innovation. You will: Guide customers through the full journey—from first contact to handover, creating an enjoyable, accessible, and seamless car‑buying experience Build genuine relationships based on trust and clear communication Receive full training, structured onboarding, and ongoing development to help you succeed What we're looking for Minimum 12 months’ experience as an automotive Sales Executive Clear and confident communication skills A commitment to delivering thoughtful, person‑centred customer service Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays A full UK driver’s licence (Manual and Automatic) We invest more in colleague growth than any other motor retailer.
