HR Administrator Remote - Surrey £14-15 per hour My client is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their team on a short-term temporary contract. You will: Liaise with recruiting managers throughout the recruitment process ensuring incoming CVs are handled promptly and efficiently as well as internal processes are followed correctly Complete the onboarding process for new starters Complete the off-boarding process for leavers Organise purchase orders and ensuring invoice tracker is maintained Maintain internal audit controls for the wider teams Complete monthly reports Respond to HR related queries from internal and external stakeholders Update and organise the internal file system in preparation for system changes Participate in training events The ideal candidate will: Have excellent time management skills to ensure workloads are completed on a daily basis Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a HR support role Have strong attention to detail Have good communication skills both written & verbal Have the ability to work on own initiative and within a team 25 hours per week, 5 hours per day Monday to Friday.
