Aiimi is looking for an experienced Software Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional who thrives in generating new relationships in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is excited by the potential of AI and data technology.
As a Software Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities for our workplace AI platform. You'll combine a consultative approach with strong commercial drive, working closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to demonstrate value, deliver proof-of-concepts, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
Requirements
Essential:
* Proven track record in B2B SaaS or software sales, ideally in data management, enterprise search, or AI/ML domains.
* Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing deals with mid-size to enterprise clients.
* Strong consultative selling skills and ability to understand and solve business and technical challenges.
* Excellent storytelling skills with presentation and communication, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
* Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Desirable:
* Experience selling to regulated industries (e.g. financial services, public sector, utilities).
* Familiarity with data platforms, enterprise content management, or information governance solutions.
* Understanding of AI, machine learning, and data discovery technologies.
* Knowledge of the competitive landscape in insight engines, enterprise search, or data classification tools.
