What will you be doing?
* Proactively call through both existing customers and potential new customers to generate opportunities and produce quotations across our range of Mobile solutions and services.
* Build your own pipeline through setting up both video & face to face meetings, following these through to completion.
* To liaise with Global 4 Customers and provide details of our new Mobile products to generate leads and sales.
* Cross selling into other departments of the business.
* Provide exceptional service to our new and existing customers.
* Maintain and update customer accounts and records.
* Manage product queries from our customers.
* Provide consultative advice to customers on the solutions available to them.
Required skills & experience
* Sales experience transacting with clients primarily by phone or face to face, ideally within a similar industry.
* Basic knowledge of mobile device management platforms.
* Must have a professional telephone manner and be comfortable communicating with all levels of the business including high-profile executives.
* Experience of lead generation in a B2B sales environment.
* Ability to solve detailed problems and use your own initiative.
* Computer Literate (Several CRMs to work on).
* Strong written and spoken communication skills.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
* Self-motivated.
