Senior Site Manager
£55,000 - £60,000 + Package
Location: Warrington
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of a range of general construction projects across Warrington and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader with a strong background in construction management to take ownership of challenging projects and drive them to completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple general construction projects.
2. Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
3. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and in line with company standards.
4. Oversee quality control, health & safety compliance, and environmental requirements.
5. Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
6. Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to site staff and supervisors.
7. Monitor progress, prepare reports, and contribute to project planning.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager on construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of general building and construction processes.
* Excellent leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
* Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid).
* Strong commitment to health & safety and quality assurance.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
