Offer description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised HR Administrator to support our busy Housekeeping Department. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What you’ll do:

* Support the recruitment process for housekeeping staff posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and managing applications

* Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining up-to-date employee records

* Monitor and record attendance, holidays, absences, and shift changes

* Prepare employment documents such as induction paperwork, 121’s, 6-month reviews and any performance management.

* Help coordinate training, inductions, and compliance requirements (e.g. health & safety, manual handling)

* Respond to basic employee queries on policies, schedules, and pay

* Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate and timely payment of staff

* Support disciplinary and grievance procedures with administrative tasks

* Ensure confidentiality and accurate documentation in all HR matters

* Administrative tasks to support Health and Safety (e.g. data entry into systems and note taking for meetings)

Who you'll be:

* Proven experience in an HR Administration role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Trustworthy, professional, and discreet when handling sensitive information
