The Role :
As a Junior Recruiter, you will be introducing, building, and nurturing relationships with our clients, understanding their recruitment and growth vision, delivering great candidates, at pace.
You will :
* Proactively headhunt and approach great candidates through various platforms
* Build introductions, and nurture relationships with industry specific candidates, expanding your network to underpin & develop your specialism
* Manage end to end Recruitment lifecycle processes
* Utilise Selexa’s excellent network to partner with candidates and introduce them to our clients
