Overview
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take day-to-day management responsibility for groundwork and RC frame projects across Bristol. You will oversee the site team, drive programme delivery and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of the site including foremen, engineers, plant and labour
* Ensuring all risk assessment briefings and toolbox talks are carried out
* Driving programme delivery - coordinating resources, plant and materials to meet targets
* Maintaining client relationships and representing Coinford professionally on site
* Ensuring the highest standards of H&S and quality are maintained at all times
* Managing sub-contractors and ensuring their performance meets programme requirements
* Producing and maintaining accurate site records and progress reports
* Completion of IT induction and training programme within the first 1-3 months
Requirements
* CITB 5-Day SMSTS
* CSCS Black Manager card
* First Aid at Work Certification
* Proven site management experience on groundwork and / or RC frame projects
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Reliable, punctual and able to work well with all stakeholders
* Right to work in the UK
Desirable
* Experience managing multiple concurrent sites
