Quality Manager
Are you passionate about driving quality excellence in high-precision manufacturing? We're seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our Quality Management function and champion a culture of continuous improvement across our operations.

This is a key leadership role where you'll work closely with senior teams, production staff, and customers to uphold and enhance our reputation for reliability and compliance.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the Quality Team - Inspire, mentor, and manage a high-performing quality function.
Ensure Compliance - Maintain and improve our Integrated Management System (IMS) and lead audits to meet AS9100, ISO 14001, NADCAP, and customer-specific standards.
Customer & Supplier Engagement - Act as the go-to contact for quality issues, overseeing supplier assurance and customer satisfaction.
Promote a Quality-First Culture - Deliver training, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to embed quality throughout the business.
Analyse & Report - Monitor key metrics, identify trends, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
Maintain Documentation - Ensure all quality records and procedures are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
What We're Looking For:
Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Quality Management, or relevant field (or substantial industry experience).
Recognised quality certifications (e.g., Lead Auditor ISO 9001/AS9100) are a plus.
Proven experience in aerospace, defence, or high-precision manufacturing.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and change management.
