Our client is a global manufacturing business based in Bristol, and Staffbase has been appointed to recruit for the position of HR Manager.
The HR Manager will be based in Bristol but will manage all HR & personnel matters across three sites in the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to work with a highly successful and market-leading global business.
The Role:
Reporting to and working closely with the directors, the HR Manager's duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
* Provide strategic and operational support to management and employees across all UK sites
* Review, maintain, and develop group-wide HR policies, processes, systems, and contracts
* Oversee payroll and manage employee benefits, e.g., pension, healthcare
* Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
* Work on projects including acquisitions and group policy initiatives
* Ensure full compliance with all company and legal requirements
* Manage a small HR Support team
Candidate:
You will be an experienced HR Manager or Business Partner, preferably familiar with working in a large or multinational organization. Experience in the manufacturing sector would be beneficial.
You will be highly motivated and professional, ideally holding Chartered CIPD membership.
The HR Manager will be based in Bristol but will provide HR support for businesses in Yorkshire and the East Midlands, so regular travel will be required.
