About the Role
Mercedes‑Benz of Bristol is looking for a customer‑service or sales professional to become the key point of contact during the car buying journey. You will engage face‑to‑face with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met with the highest level of service.
Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers to support and understand their needs throughout the purchase process.
* Provide outstanding service at every touchpoint, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
* Work flexible patterns, including weekends, to deliver the highest possible service levels.
* Meet sales targets and participate in an assessment centre if selected.
Qualifications
* Good interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Experience in customer service or sales background.
* Full and valid UK driving licence.
