HR Administrator: Hemel Hempstead (£18 - £20 per hour PAYE) We have an exciting long term contract opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a diverse newly formed, dynamic and forward-thinking Team within a large Construction Business. 9-month initial assignment (until January 2025), covering maternity leave – may extend. Looking for a strong HR Administrator, ideally with Payroll experience (though not essential). Company are in process of implementing a new payroll system, they need someone to assume HR admin duties and work with the dedicated payroll specialist. 3 days per week on site, 2 days working remotely. Requires General HR administration experience & payroll support, Learning and Development (L&D) support, Booking of Events, Arranging of events externally as well as internally. Arranging first aid courses, etc. Strong excel skills are a must, good Microsoft skills in general. Hours 9am – 5.30pm or 8.30am – 5pm.
