Hyatt Regency London – Albert Embankment, we are looking for a passionate and driven F&B Meeting & Events Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team.
In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of generating and converting meetings and event leads, with a strong focus on driving bookings into our private event spaces and boosting revenue across our food & beverage outlets. Working hand-in-hand with our operations team, you will ensure every event is flawlessly delivered, exceeding client expectations at every step.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
* Proactively source and secure new meeting & events business through direct sales, networking, and marketing.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and agencies.
* Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking functions, and industry events.
Client & Relationship Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for M&E and F&B clients.
* Deliver seamless communication and ensure exceptional client experiences.
* Drive repeat business through relationship building and loyalty cultivation.
Sales Strategy & Performance
* Contribute to the hotel's F&B and events sales plan.
* Track and report on sales performance, lead generation, and conversion rates.
* Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and guest preferences.
Collaboration & Delivery
* Partner with F&B, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver outstanding events.
* Lead and inspire teams to ensure a high level of service delivery.
* Participate in client site visits, familiarisation trips, and on-property activations.
Responsible Business
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and legal regulations.
* Support community engagement initiatives and uphold Hyatt's brand presence.
Candidate Profile
Essential
* Proven sales or business development experience in hospitality, ideally within F&B and events.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to collaborate across departments and influence outcomes.
Desirable
* Knowledge of London's hospitality market and local F&B trends.
* Previous experience in upscale or luxury hotels.
* Familiarity with Hyatt systems and standards.
