The Role: Trainee Catering Manager
We're on the lookout for motivated Trainee Catering Manager to join our thriving catering operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the visitor experience, leading a passionate team, and driving forward quality.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Oversee the daily running of our food and beverage operations, ensuring a consistently great experience for every visitor.
* Lead by example in the kitchen and front-of-house, delivering quality food efficiently and with care.
* Maintain exceptional hygiene and cleanliness across all service areas.
* Inspire the team to deliver brilliant service with every order.
* Ensure full compliance with all food safety and health standards.
Skills & Experience We're Looking For:
* Highly organised, efficient and proactive.
* Experience in a similar role within the hospitality or visitor attraction sector.
* Level 2 Food hygiene certificate and allergy training (desirable but not essential)
* Proven leadership skills.
* Calm and confident under pressure, with great communication skills.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.

Working week: 40 hours per week; to include one weekend day.
Opportunity to take extended leave from January to March.
Wage is negotiable subject to experience
