Urgent requirement for a HR Administrator to join a leading Energy Service company. Based in Aberdeen City Centre this permanent role offers hybrid working and is best suited to those with demonstrable experience in a similar HR role.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Monitoring, managing, and distributing queries received to the HR, Contractor Liaison, and Training inboxes.
* Providing advice to Senior Coordinators on various general HR matters, including workload updates and outstanding service agreements.
* Engaging in projects as discussed and agreed upon with Senior Coordinators.
* Coordinating with health providers to schedule medical exams, random drug screenings, and staff health surveillance, ensuring timely completion of all paperwork.
* Administering training requests, ensuring management approval is obtained and handling training bookings and logistics as needed.
* Ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations and maintain data privacy standards.
* Supervising the preparation of employment contracts, service agreements, amendments, renewals, and other contractual documentation.
* Supporting new employees and contracting companies throughout the onboarding process.
* Maintaining HR records, files, and systems in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
