Job description Our client are a Roofing and Cladding specialist, specialising in roofing, cladding, rainscreen and envelope solutions, based in South Birmingham. With 30 years’ experience of the construction industry, we partner with clients from inception to completion of projects worth up to £4 million. We are looking to appoint a new Site Manager, who who has the needed qualifications, experience and knowledge. Our offices are based in Wigan but there is no requirement to attend our offices on a daily basis. We expect managers to attend our offices as/when required, (2-3 days per week at minimum usually). Our projects are based around the Midlands. Projects are mainly within the commercial sector. Current projects running are educational buildings, care homes and residential buildings. Experience in installing and managing a range of roofing systems such as composite, built up fully supported, flat roofing systems and façade systems is required.
