Role Overview
Focus:Charity Events, Core Events & Hospitality
This is anew business-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building relationships with senior decision-makers.
Salary:£24,000 per annum with an OTE of £30-£40k
Key Responsibilities
* New business development throughinitiative-takingoutbound sales activity
* B2B outbound phone sales promoting charity events and hospitality experiences
* Building strong rapport with prospective clients to secure attendance and event support
* Consistently working towards and exceeding set targets (calls, pitches, emails)
* Engaging confidently with Directors and business owners
* Identifying and maximising sales opportunities to drive profitability
* Researching andidentifyingnew salesleads
* Attending core charity events across theUK and Europeto develop and strengthen client relationships
* Maintainingaccuraterecords using Excel, Word, email, and CRM systems
* Keeping detailed notes and data for reporting and performance tracking
* Proactivelymonitoringmarket activity, news, economic changes, industry trends, and new opportunities relevant to our clients

* PreviousB2B sales or events-related experience is desirable but not essential
