As our operations expand, we’re seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our team and help us support our most important asset—our people.
The Role
As an HR Administrator, you’ll play a key role in providing professional, confidential, and efficient HR support across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the HR Manager and wider team, you’ll handle a range of administrative tasks, ensuring our HR processes run smoothly and our people feel supported from onboarding to day-to-day queries.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate HR records and employee files in line with GDPR requirements.
* Support recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, arranging interviews, and issuing offer letters and contracts.
* Coordinate new starter onboarding and induction processes.
* Assist with payroll preparation by providing accurate employee information.
* Handle general HR queries from employees, escalating when necessary.
* Administer benefits schemes and update HR systems accordingly.
* Support HR projects and initiatives, such as policy updates and engagement activities.
About You
* Previous experience in an HR administration role is desirable but not essential.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new HR software.
* A positive, professional, and proactive approach.
Essential Requirements
* Right to live and work in the UK – sponsorship is not available
* Ability to pass Company background and criminal records checks
