This will be to work at their Headquarters in Surrey. Job requirements of HR Administrator:
* Work closely with the HR Manager and the wider team to provide comprehensive support across the organisation.
* Assist in the recruitment process.
* Coordinate employee on boarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
* Maintain accurate HR records.
* Stay up to date on HR trends and legislation to ensure compliance and best practices.
* Attention to detail.
Skillset required of a HR Administrator:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Knowledge of Cascade system would be advantageous.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Demonstration of CIPD would be beneficial however, full support will be provided.
