Project Type: Demolition & New Build Assisted Living Flats
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of a major assisted living development in Thatcham, Berkshire. The project involves the demolition of an existing public house and the construction of 18 new flats with reception facilities for(Class C3 residential use), as well as:
* Conversion of existing B&B facilities into 2 additional flats
* Alterations to an existing shop and café, including window and door modifications
* Associated infrastructure works and access roads
The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient management of on-site operations. You will:
1. Manage all on-site activities on a daily basis
2. Supervise labour, trades, and subcontractors
3. Work closely with and report to the Project Manager throughout the build
4. Ensure works are completed in line with programme, quality standards, and budget
5. Drive site health & safety culture...
